Welcome, I'm Mark and live in Nottingham,

On this site I have pasted some pictures from
my travels, and described some of the places I have seen.
This site is called '0836 Whimper' as a reference to the TV programme
'Brass Eye'.
No particular theme to any of this, although mountains feature quite heavily as I am
quite obsessed by them and I appear to be visiting all the major mountain ranges without really planning to.
